Three years ago the WatchPilot YouTube channel was launched with the dual objectives of enhancing the business's organic search visibility and creating content that engages, informs, and entertains our audience.
In my role, I was responsible for overseeing the entire content production process, including planning, filming, directing, and editing a variety of content, such as watch reviews, cinematic segments, and short films. Scriptwriting and on-camera presentation were collaboratively handled by the WatchPilot social media and copywriting team. 
Since the channel's inception, it has seen steady growth in subscribers, with the production of over 100 videos. The channel now boasts significant annual organic viewership, exceeding 430,000 views and accumulating over 3,000 hours of watch time.
