Identifying Key Issues
Upon joining WatchPilot, I project-owned the analysis of GA4 data and worked closely with the paid media agency to pinpoint key underperformance areas in the existing Shopify website. Metrics such as bounce rate, engagement, conversion, and basket abandonment all required urgent improvement. The site also lacked alignment with the brand’s guidelines and tone of voice.
Project-Owned Redesign
I project-owned the end-to-end redesign, focusing on enhancing user experience across critical brand pages and launching the ‘Let’s Talk Watches’ blog to enrich content and engagement. The Collection and Product pages were fully revamped with improved UI, including advanced filtering and intuitive navigation.
Impact and Results
These scalable improvements reduced bounce rates, increased conversions and sales, and significantly boosted organic search visibility through enriched, targeted content.
