Flagship Store Project Leadership
I led the Richmond boutique project from Autumn 2021 through to its successful launch in 2022. Managing multiple work streams, including store design, visual merchandising, and brand experience, I partnered with Redd Retail, specialists in retail design and displays. Together, we aimed to create a distinctive and welcoming environment that broke from traditional watch retail norms and fostered a community atmosphere for watch enthusiasts.
