WatchPilot began as an e-commerce platform with the vision of evolving into an omni-channel business, seamlessly integrating both digital and physical store fronts.
The opening of our flagship store was designed to offer a unique shopping experience, breaking away from the traditional formalities of the watch industry. Instead we aimed to create a space that celebrated the excitement and community of watch enthusiasts.
I led this initiative starting in Autumn 2021, working closely with Redd Retail, a leading design and display company, to manage the design process. My role was pivotal in overseeing the project from its inception to its successful launch in Autumn 2022.
